MSA-Service welcomes group 7 from the Merwedeschool

On the morning of Wednesday, Nov. 8, MSA-Service enthusiastically welcomed two groups from Merwedeschool as part of the annual Technique Route 2023. During the visit, the students had a unique opportunity to gain insight into the world of technology and innovation in which MSA-Service operates.

Mayor Dirk Heijkoop added an extra touch of excitement to the event by being personally present during the first group's visit. He actively participated in the activities, which began with a presentation and explanation of exactly what MSA-Service does. The students got an insight into the company, with information projects, the employees and the variety of professions found within the company.

After the presentation, the young visitors were invited to roll up their sleeves in the workshop. Here they had the chance to turn on a light bulb themselves. The activity included assembling all the necessary parts, reading technical drawings, installing wires and finally the exciting moment of checking whether the light bulb actually came on.

The Technique Route 2023 at MSA-Service provided an inspiring and educational experience for grade 7 students, giving them a tangible impression of the exciting world of engineering and innovation. This initiative highlights the importance of engaging young minds in technological developments and shows how local companies like MSA-Service are committed to promoting technical education in the region.
