Quality control sensors by means of a helium leak test

After the assembly of sensors, various quality checks are performed before it is sent to the customer.

To ensure the quality of our self-designed and assembled enclosures, we perform a helium leak test. This is one of the ways to protect the measuring instruments inside the enclosure

The sensor in question is put under vacuum. Helium is sprayed on the outside of the sensor. Should there be a leak despite careful mounting, the helium is drawn in by the pressure difference and becomes visible.

"Your instruments deserve optimal protection. That's why we have developed special modular enclosures. You can use our enclosures for various measuring instruments. In addition, the watertight design means that you can also use our enclosures for inboard, outboard or underwater applications."
