Lead engineer
MSA-Service is an electrotechnical automation company. We offer services in measuring instrumentation, control and automation on land and at sea, for which we develop and supply both hardware and software solutions.
Thanks to our expertise, we have many Dutch and international companies as clients. Our activities include the complete process of consultancy, design, implementation, commissioning, service and maintenance of both electrotechnical and automation projects.
As a lead engineer , you are responsible for designing and managing complete electrotechnical installations for projects in the maritime and offshore sectors. Additional duties include coordinating the activities of your fellow engineers and monitoring the time, quality and hours.
Furthermore, you will provide technical support for quotations, conduct the necessary consultations and process improvement proposals.
What we expect from you:
Higher education or equivalent ability, preferably with a degree in electrical engineering
Practical experience with electrical drawing programmes
You have broad technical knowledge and an interest in the maritime sector
Demonstrable relevant knowledge and experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of the dutch language, both verbally and in writing
You work in a structured manner, keep an overview and have good communication skills
You have a positive attitude towards changes in company policy
