(International) Software service engineer automation
MSA-Service is an electrotechnical automation company. We offer services in the field of measuring instrumentation, control and automation on land and at sea, for which we develop and supply both hardware and software solutions.
Thanks to our expertise, we have many Dutch and international companies as clients. Our activities include the complete process of consultancy, design, implementation, commissioning, service and maintenance of both electrotechnical and automation projects.
As a software service engineer automation, you are responsible for commissioning/expanding/repairing malfunctions of our installations. The emphasis of the work will be on the software. Depending on the projects, you may have to prepare a complete extension by yourself, or a colleague might do a handover, which you then have to install in the field.
The types of projects can vary from small automation systems to cranes, new vessels or complete (underwater) tools, including video systems & networks.

What we expect from you:
You have a broad knowledge of engineering and an interest in the maritime sector
You have extensive experience with Codesys and various bus systems
Good knowledge of the Dutch language
You do not mind travelling (inter)nationally
You are client-oriented and service-minded
You get along with others and you can work well in a team
Flexibility and enthusiasm
You know how to take responsibility
